1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were gone; and there was no more sea.

2 Y yo Juan vi la santa ciudad, Jerusalem nueva, que descendía del cielo, de Dios, dispuesta como una esposa ataviada para su marido.
2 Und ich, Johannes, sah die heilige Stadt, das neue Jerusalem, von Gott aus dem Himmel herabfahren, bereitet als eine geschmückte Braut ihrem Mann.
3 And there came to my ears a great voice out of the high seat, saying, See, the Tent of God is with men, and he will make his living-place with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them, and be their God.
3 Et j'entendis du trône une forte voix qui disait: Voici le tabernacle de Dieu avec les hommes! Il habitera avec eux, et ils seront son peuple, et Dieu lui-même sera avec eux.

3 Y oí una gran voz del cielo que decía: He aquí el tabernáculo de Dios con los hombres, y morará con ellos; y ellos serán su pueblo, y el mismo Dios será su Dios con ellos.
3 Und ich hörte eine große Stimme von dem Stuhl, die sprach: Siehe da, die Hütte Gottes bei den Menschen! und er wird bei ihnen wohnen, und sie werden sein Volk sein, und er selbst, Gott mit ihnen, wird ihr Gott sein;
4 And he will put an end to all their weeping; and there will be no more death, or sorrow, or crying, or pain; for the first things have come to an end.
4 Il essuiera toute larme de leurs yeux, et la mort ne sera plus, et il n'y aura plus ni deuil, ni cri, ni douleur, car les premières choses ont disparu.

4 Y limpiará Dios toda lágrima de los ojos de ellos; y la muerte no será más; y no habrá más llanto, ni clamor, ni dolor: porque las primeras cosas son pasadas.
4 und Gott wird abwischen alle Tränen von ihren Augen, und der Tod wird nicht mehr sein, noch Leid noch Geschrei noch Schmerz wird mehr sein; denn das Erste ist vergangen.
5 And he who is seated on the high seat said, See, I make all things new. And he said, Put it in the book; for these words are certain and true.
5 Et celui qui était assis sur le trône dit: Voici, je fais toutes choses nouvelles. Et il dit: Écris; car ces paroles sont certaines et véritables.

5 Und der auf dem Stuhl saß, sprach: Siehe, ich mache alles neu! Und er spricht zu mir: Schreibe; denn diese Worte sind wahrhaftig und gewiß!
6 And he said to me, It is done. I am the First and the Last, the start and the end. I will freely give of the fountain of the water of life to him who is in need.
6 Et il me dit: C'est fait! Je suis l'alpha et l'oméga, le commencement et la fin. A celui qui a soif je donnerai de la source de l'eau de la vie, gratuitement.

7 He who overcomes will have these things for his heritage; and I will be his God, and he will be my son.

8 But those who are full of fear and without faith, the unclean and takers of life, those who do the sins of the flesh, and those who make use of evil powers or who give worship to images, and all those who are false, will have their part in the sea of ever-burning fire which is the second death.

8 Mas á los temerosos é incrédulos, á los abominables y homicidas, á los fornicarios y hechiceros, y á los idólatras, y á todos los mentirosos, su parte será en el lago ardiendo con fuego y azufre, que es la muerte segunda.

9 And one of the seven angels who had the seven vessels in which were the seven last punishments, came and said to me, Come here, and see the bride, the Lamb's wife.

9 Und es kam zu mir einer von den sieben Engeln, welche die sieben Schalen voll der letzten sieben Plagen hatten, und redete mit mir und sprach: Komm, ich will dir das Weib zeigen, die Braut des Lammes.
10 And he took me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and let me see the holy town Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
10 Et il me transporta en esprit sur une grande et haute montagne. Et il me montra la ville sainte, Jérusalem, qui descendait du ciel d'auprès de Dieu, ayant la gloire de Dieu.

10 Und er führte mich hin im Geist auf einen großen und hohen Berg und zeigte mir die große Stadt, das heilige Jerusalem, herniederfahren aus dem Himmel von Gott,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like a stone of great price, a jasper stone, clear as glass:

12 She had a wall great and high, with twelve doors, and at the doors twelve angels; and names on them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel.
12 Elle avait une grande et haute muraille. Elle avait douze portes, et sur les portes douze anges, et des noms écrits, ceux des douze tribus des fils d'Israël:

12 Und sie hatte eine große und hohe Mauer und hatte zwölf Tore und auf den Toren zwölf Engel, und Namen darauf geschrieben, nämlich der zwölf Geschlechter der Kinder Israel.
13 And on the east were three doors; and on the north three doors; and on the south three doors; and on the west three doors.

14 And the wall of the town had twelve bases, and on them the twelve names of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb.

15 And he who was talking with me had a gold measuring-rod to take the measure of the town, and of its doors, and its wall.

16 And the town is square, as wide as it is long; and he took the measure of the town with the rod, one thousand and five hundred miles: it is equally long and wide and high.
16 La ville avait la forme d'un carré, et sa longueur était égale à sa largeur. Il mesura la ville avec le roseau, et trouva douze mille stades; la longueur, la largeur et la hauteur en étaient égales.
16 Tá an chathair arna leagan amach ina cearnóg, comhfhad comhleithead. Thomhais sé an chathair lena shlat; dhá mhíle dhéag staid; a fad, a leithead agus a hairde mar a chéile.
16 Y la ciudad está situada y puesta en cuadro, y su largura es tanta como su anchura: y él midió la ciudad con la caña, doce mil estadios: la largura y la altura y la anchura de ella son iguales.
16 Und die Stadt liegt viereckig, und ihre Länge ist so groß als die Breite. Und er maß die Stadt mit dem Rohr auf zwölftausend Feld Wegs. Die Länge und die Breite und die Höhe der Stadt sind gleich.
17 And he took the measure of its wall, one hundred and forty-four cubits, after the measure of a man, that is, of an angel.
17 Il mesura la muraille, et trouva cent quarante-quatre coudées, mesure d'homme, qui était celle de l'ange.

18 And the building of its wall was of jasper, and the town was clear gold, clear as glass.

19 The bases of the wall of the town had ornaments of all sorts of beautiful stones. The first base was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, chalcedony; the fourth, emerald;
19 Les fondements de la muraille de la ville étaient ornés de pierres précieuses de toute espèce: le premier fondement était de jaspe, le second de saphir, le troisième de calcédoine, le quatrième d'émeraude,

19 Und die Grundsteine der Mauer um die Stadt waren geschmückt mit allerlei Edelgestein. Der erste Grund war ein Jaspis, der andere ein Saphir, der dritte ein Chalzedonier, der vierte ein Smaragd,
20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprase; the eleventh, jacinth; the twelfth, amethyst.

20 der fünfte ein Sardonix, der sechste ein Sarder, der siebente ein Chrysolith, der achte ein Berill, der neunte ein Topas, der zehnte ein Chrysopras, der elfte ein Hyazinth, der zwölfte ein Amethyst.
21 And the twelve doors were twelve pearls; every door was made of one pearl; and the street of the town was clear gold, as clear as glass.

22 And I saw no Temple there; because the Lord God, the Ruler of all, and the Lamb are its Temple.
22 Je ne vis point de temple dans la ville; car le Seigneur Dieu tout puissant est son temple, ainsi que l'agneau.

23 And the town has no need of the sun, or of the moon, to give it light: for the glory of God did make it light, and the light of it is the Lamb.
23 La ville n'a besoin ni du soleil ni de la lune pour l'éclairer; car la gloire de Dieu l'éclaire, et l'agneau est son flambeau.

23 Und die Stadt bedarf keiner Sonne noch des Mondes, daß sie scheinen; denn die Herrlichkeit Gottes erleuchtet sie, und ihre Leuchte ist das Lamm.
24 And the nations will go in its light: and the kings of the earth will take their glory into it.
24 Les nations marcheront à sa lumière, et les rois de la terre y apporteront leur gloire.
24 Siúlóidh na náisiúin timpeall ina solas, agus tabharfaidh ríthe an domhain a nglóir chuici.
24 Y las naciones que hubieren sido salvas andarán en la lumbre de ella: y los reyes de la tierra traerán su gloria y honor á ella
24 Und die Heiden, die da selig werden, wandeln in ihrem Licht; und die Könige auf Erden werden ihre Herrlichkeit in sie bringen.
25 And the doors of it will never be shut by day (for there is no night there):

26 And the glory and honour of the nations will come into it:

27 And nothing unclean may come into it, or anyone whose works are cursed or false; but only those whose names are in the Lamb's book of life.
27 Il n'entrera chez elle rien de souillé, ni personne qui se livre à l'abomination et au mensonge; il n'entrera que ceux qui sont écrits dans le livre de vie de l'agneau.

27 No entrará en ella ninguna cosa sucia, ó que hace abominación y mentira; sino solamente los que están escritos en el libro de la vida del Cordero.
27 Und es wird nicht hineingehen irgend ein Gemeines und das da Greuel tut und Lüge, sondern die geschrieben sind in dem Lebensbuch des Lammes.
