1 And Elisha the prophet sent for one of the sons of the prophets, and said to him, Make yourself ready for a journey, and take this bottle of oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth-gilead.
1 Élisée, le prophète, appela l'un des fils des prophètes, et lui dit: Ceins tes reins, prends avec toi cette fiole d'huile, et va à Ramoth en Galaad.

1 Elisa aber, der Prophet, rief der Propheten Kinder einen und sprach zu ihm: Gürte deine Lenden und nimm diesen Ölkrug mit dir und gehe hin gen Ramoth in Gilead.
2 And when you get there, go in search of Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi; and go in and make him get up from among his brothers, and take him to an inner room.
2 Quand tu y seras arrivé, vois Jéhu, fils de Josaphat, fils de Nimschi. Tu iras le faire lever du milieu de ses frères, et tu le conduiras dans une chambre retirée.
2 Nuair a shroichfidh tú an áit sin, lorg Iéahú mac Iahóiseáfát mac Nimsí. Téigh isteach agus abair leis éirí agus imeacht óna chomrádaithe, agus tabhair isteach i seomra cúil é.
2 Y cuando llegares allá, verás allí á Jehú hijo de Josaphat hijo de Nimsi; y entrando, haz que se levante de entre sus hermanos, y mételo en la recámara.
2 Und wenn du dahin kommst, wirst du daselbst sehen Jehu, den Sohn Josaphats, des Sohnes Nimsis. Und gehe hinein und heiß ihn aufstehen unter seinen Brüdern und führe ihn in die innerste Kammer
3 Then take the bottle and put the oil on his head, and say, The Lord says, I have put the holy oil on you to make you king over Israel. Then, opening the door, go in flight, without waiting.
3 Tu prendras la fiole d'huile, que tu répandras sur sa tête, et tu diras: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Je t'oins roi d'Israël! Puis tu ouvriras la porte, et tu t'enfuiras sans t'arrêter.
3 Ansin faigh an crúiscín ola agus doirt ar a cheann é, agus abair: ‘Seo é briathar an Tiarna: Déanaim thú a ungadh i do rí ar Iosrael.’ Ansin oscail an doras agus teith leat le teann deabhaidh.”
3 Toma luego la alcuza de aceite, y derrámala sobre su cabeza, y di: Así dijo Jehová: Yo te he ungido por rey sobre Israel. Y abriendo la puerta, echa á huir, y no esperes.
3 und nimm den Ölkrug und schütte es auf sein Haupt und sprich: So sagt der HERR: Ich habe dich zum König über Israel gesalbt. Und sollst die Tür auftun und fliehen und nicht verziehen.
4 So the young prophet went to Ramoth-gilead.
4 Le jeune homme, serviteur du prophète, partit pour Ramoth en Galaad.
4 Chuir an t‑ógánach, an fáidh, chun bóthair go Rámot Gileád,
4 Fué pues el mozo, el mozo del profeta, á Ramoth de Galaad.
4 Und der Jüngling, der Diener des Propheten, ging hin gen Ramoth in Gilead.
5 And when he came, he saw the captains of the army seated together; and he said, I have something to say to you, O captain. And Jehu said, To which of us? And he said, To you, O captain.
5 Quand il arriva, voici, les chefs de l'armée étaient assis. Il dit: Chef, j'ai un mot à te dire. Et Jéhu dit: Auquel de nous tous? Il répondit: A toi, chef.

6 And he got up and went into the house; then he put the holy oil on his head and said to him, The Lord, the God of Israel, says, I have made you king over the people of the Lord, over Israel.
6 Jéhu se leva et entra dans la maison, et le jeune homme répandit l'huile sur sa tête, en lui disant: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Je t'oins roi d'Israël, du peuple de l'Éternel.

6 Y él se levantó, y entróse en casa; y el otro derramó el aceite sobre su cabeza, y díjole: Así dijo Jehová Dios de Israel: Yo te he ungido por rey sobre el pueblo de Jehová, sobre Israel.
6 Da stand er auf und ging hinein. Er aber schüttete das Öl auf sein Haupt und sprach zu ihm: So sagt der HERR, der Gott Israels: Ich habe dich zum König gesalbt über das Volk Israel.
7 You are to see that the family of Ahab your master is cut off, so that I may take from Jezebel payment for the blood of my servants the prophets, and for the blood of all the servants of the Lord.
7 Tu frapperas la maison d'Achab, ton maître, et je vengerai sur Jézabel le sang de mes serviteurs les prophètes et le sang de tous les serviteurs de l'Éternel.
7 Déan teaghlach Acháb do mháistir a scrios, agus déanfaidh mé fuil mo shearbhóntaí na fáithe agus searbhóntaí an Tiarna go léir a agairt ar Ízeibil.
7 Y herirás la casa de Achâb tu señor, para que yo vengue la sangre de mis siervos los profetas, y la sangre de todos los siervos de Jehová, de la mano de Jezabel.
7 Und du sollst das Haus Ahabs, deines Herrn, schlagen, daß ich das Blut der Propheten, meiner Knechte, und das Blut aller Knechte des HERRN räche, das die Hand Isebels vergossen hat,
8 For the family of Ahab will come to an end; every male of Ahab's family will be cut off, he who is shut up and he who goes free in Israel.
8 Toute la maison d'Achab périra; j'exterminerai quiconque appartient à Achab, celui qui est esclave et celui qui est libre en Israël,
8 Scriosfar clann Acháb go léir. Déanfaidh mé gach fireannach de shliocht Acháb, cibé acu saor nó daor, in Iosrael, a scrios.
8 Y perecerá toda la casa de Achâb, y talaré de Achâb todo meante á la pared, así al guardado como al desamparado en Israel.
8 daß das ganze Haus Ahab umkomme. Und ich will von Ahab ausrotten, was männlich ist, den Verschlossenen und Verlassenen in Israel,
9 I will make the family of Ahab like that of Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, and Baasha, the son of Ahijah.
9 et je rendrai la maison d'Achab semblable à la maison de Jéroboam, fils de Nebath, et à la maison de Baescha, fils d'Achija.
9 Agus tabharfaidh mé an cor céanna ar shliocht Acháb le sliocht Iarobám mac Nabát agus sliocht Bháiseá mac Aichíá.
9 Y yo pondré la casa de Achâb como la casa de Jeroboam hijo de Nabat, y como la casa de Baasa hijo de Ahía.
9 und will das Haus Ahabs machen wie das Haus Jerobeams, des Sohnes Nebats, und wie das Haus Baesas, des Sohnes Ahias.
10 And Jezebel will become food for the dogs in the heritage of Jezreel, and there will be no one to put her body into the earth. Then, opening the door, he went in flight.
10 Les chiens mangeront Jézabel dans le champ de Jizreel, et il n'y aura personne pour l'enterrer. Puis le jeune homme ouvrit la porte, et s'enfuit.

10 Y á Jezabel comerán perros en el campo de Jezreel, y no habrá quien la sepulte. En seguida abrió la puerta, y echó á huir.
10 Und die Hunde sollen Isebel fressen auf dem Acker zu Jesreel, und soll sie niemand begraben. Und er tat die Tür auf und floh.
11 Then Jehu came out again to the servants of his lord, and one said to him, Is all well? why did this man, who is off his head, come to you? And he said to them, You have knowledge of the man and of his talk.
11 Lorsque Jéhu sortit pour rejoindre les serviteurs de son maître, on lui dit: Tout va-t-il bien? Pourquoi ce fou est-il venu vers toi? Jéhu leur répondit: Vous connaissez bien l'homme et ce qu'il peut dire.
11 Ansin tháinig Iéahú amach go hoifigigh a mháistir. “An bhfuil gach ní ina cheart?” d'fhiafraigh siad de. “Cad a thug an ghealt seo chugat?” “Tá aithne agaibh air siúd agus tá a fhios agaibh cad deir sé,” ar sé.
11 Después salió Jehú á los siervos de su señor, y dijéronle: ¿Hay paz? ¿para qué entró á ti aquel loco? Y él les dijo: Vosotros conocéis al hombre y sus palabras.
11 Und da Jehu herausging zu den Knechten seines Herrn, sprach man zu ihm: Steht es wohl? Warum ist dieser Rasende zu dir gekommen? Er sprach zu ihnen: Ihr kennt doch den Mann wohl und was er sagt.
12 And they said, That is not true; now give us his story. Then he said, This is what he said to me: The Lord says, I have made you king over Israel.
12 Mais ils répliquèrent: Mensonge! Réponds-nous donc! Et il dit: Il m'a parlé de telle et telle manière, disant: Ainsi parle l'Éternel: Je t'oins roi d'Israël.
12 “Scéal thairis,” ar siad. “Téanam agus inis dúinn.” “A leithéid seo, a dúirt sé,” ar sé; “seo mar a deir an Tiarna: ‘Déanaim thú a ungadh i do rí ar Iosrael.’ ”
12 Y ellos dijeron: Mentira; decláranoslo ahora. Y él dijo: Así y así me habló, diciendo: Así ha dicho Jehová: Yo te he ungido por rey sobre Israel.
12 Sie sprachen: Das ist nicht wahr; sage es uns aber an! Er sprach: So und so hat er mir geredet und gesagt: So spricht der HERR: Ich habe dich zum König gesalbt.
13 Then straight away everyone took his robe and put it under him on the top of the steps, and, sounding the horn, they said, Jehu is king.
13 Aussitôt ils prirent chacun leurs vêtements, qu'ils mirent sous Jéhu au haut des degrés; ils sonnèrent de la trompette, et dirent: Jéhu est roi!

13 Entonces tomaron prestamente su ropa, y púsola cada uno debajo de él en un trono alto, y tocaron corneta, y dijeron: Jehú es rey.
13 Da eilten sie und nahm ein jeglicher sein Kleid und legte unter ihn auf die hohen Stufen und bliesen mit der Posaune und sprachen: Jehu ist König geworden!
14 So Jehu, the son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi, made designs against Joram. (Now Joram and all the army of Israel were keeping watch on Ramoth-gilead because of Hazael, king of Aram:
14 Ainsi Jéhu, fils de Josaphat, fils de Nimschi, forma une conspiration contre Joram. -Or Joram et tout Israël défendaient Ramoth en Galaad contre Hazaël, roi de Syrie;
14 Rinne Iéahú mac Iahóiseáfát mac Nimsí comhcheilg in aghaidh Iórám. [Bhí Iórám agus Iosrael go léir um an dtaca sin ag cosaint Rámot Gileád in aghaidh Hazáéil rí Arám;
14 Así conjuró Jehú hijo de Josaphat hijo de Nimsi, contra Joram. (Estaba Joram guardando á Ramoth de Galaad con todo Israel, por causa de Hazael rey de Siria.
14 Also machte Jehu, der Sohn Nimsis, einen Bund wider Joram. Joram aber hatte mit ganz Israel vor Ramoth in Gilead gelegen wider Hasael, den König von Syrien.
15 But King Joram had gone back to Jezreel to get well from the wounds which the Aramaeans had given him when he was fighting against Hazael, king of Aram.) And Jehu said, If this is your purpose, then let no one get away and go out of the town to give news of it in Jezreel.
15 mais le roi Joram s'en était retourné pour se faire guérir à Jizreel des blessures que les Syriens lui avaient faites, lorsqu'il se battait contre Hazaël, roi de Syrie. -Jéhu dit: Si c'est votre volonté, personne ne s'échappera de la ville pour aller porter la nouvelle à Jizreel.

15 Habíase empero vuelto el rey Joram á Jezreel, para curarse de las heridas que los Siros le habían hecho, peleando contra Hazael rey de Siria.) Y Jehú dijo: Si es vuestra voluntad, ninguno escape de la ciudad, para ir á dar las nuevas en Jezreel.
15 Und Joram der König war wiedergekommen, daß er sich heilen ließ zu Jesreel von den Wunden, die ihm die Syrer geschlagen hatten, da er stritt mit Hasael, dem König von Syrien. Und Jehu sprach: Ist's euer Wille, so soll niemand entrinnen aus der Stadt, daß er hingehe und es ansage zu Jesreel.
16 So Jehu got into his carriage and went to Jezreel, for Joram was ill in bed there; and Ahaziah, king of Judah, had come down to see Joram.
16 Et Jéhu monta sur son char et partit pour Jizreel, car Joram y était alité, et Achazia, roi de Juda, était descendu pour le visiter.
16 Ansin chuaigh Iéahú isteach ina charbad agus d'imigh go hIzréil mar a raibh Iórám ina luí; bhí Achaizíá rí Iúdá tagtha anuas ar thuairisc Iórám.
16 Entonces Jehú cabalgó, y fuése á Jezreel, porque Joram estaba allí enfermo. También Ochôzías rey de Judá había descendido á visitar á Joram.
16 Und er fuhr und zog gen Jesreel, denn Joram lag daselbst; so war Ahasja, der König Juda's, hinabgezogen, Joram zu besuchen.
17 And the watchman on the tower in Jezreel saw Jehu and his band coming, and said, I see a band of people. And Joram said, Send out a horseman to them, and let him say, Is it peace?
17 La sentinelle placée sur la tour de Jizreel vit venir la troupe de Jéhu, et dit: Je vois une troupe. Joram dit: Prends un cavalier, et envoie-le au-devant d'eux pour demander si c'est la paix.

17 Y el atalaya que estaba en la torre de Jezreel, vió la cuadrilla de Jehú, que venía, y dijo: Yo veo una cuadrilla. Y Joram dijo: Toma uno de á caballo, y envía á reconocerlos, y que les diga: ¿Hay paz?
17 Der Wächter aber, der auf dem Turm zu Jesreel stand, sah den Haufen Jehus kommen und sprach: Ich sehe einen Haufen. Da sprach Joram: Nimm einen Reiter und sende ihnen entgegen und sprich: Ist's Friede?
18 So a horseman went out to them and said, The king says, Is it peace? And Jehu said, What have you to do with peace? come after me. And the watchman gave them word, saying, The horseman went up to them, but has not come back.
18 Le cavalier alla au-devant de Jéhu, et dit: Ainsi parle le roi: Est-ce la paix? Et Jéhu répondit: Que t'importe la paix? Passe derrière moi. La sentinelle en donna avis, et dit: Le messager est allé jusqu'à eux, et il ne revient pas.
18 Chuaigh eachlach i gcoinne Iéahú dá bhrí sin agus dúirt: “Deir an rí: ‘An síocháin bhur ngnó?’ ” Agus d'fhreagair Iéahú: “Nach cuma duitse faoi shíocháin? Cas timpeall agus lean mé.” Agus thug an fear faire scéala: “Shroich an teachtaire iad ach níl sé ag filleadh ar ais.”
18 Fué pues el de á caballo á reconocerlos, y dijo: El rey dice así: ¿Hay paz? Y Jehú le dijo: ¿Qué tienes tú que ver con la paz? vuélvete tras mí. El atalaya dió luego aviso, diciendo: El mensajero llegó hasta ellos, y no vuelve.
18 Und der Reiter ritt hin ihm entgegen und sprach: So sagt der König: Ist's Friede? Jehu sprach: Was geht dich der Friede an? Wende dich hinter mich! Der Wächter verkündigte und sprach: Der Bote ist zu ihnen gekommen und kommt nicht wieder.
19 Then he sent out a second horseman, who came up to them and said, The king says, Is it peace? And Jehu said in answer, What have you to do with peace? come after me.
19 Joram envoya un second cavalier, qui arriva vers eux et dit: Ainsi parle le roi: Est-ce la paix? Et Jéhu répondit: Que t'importe la paix? Passe derrière moi.
19 Ansin sheol sé eachlach eile agus tháinig chucu agus dúirt: “Deir an rí: ‘An síocháin bhur ngno?’ ” Agus d'fhreagair Iéahú: “Nach cuma duitse faoi shíocháin? Cas timpeall agus lean mé.”
19 Entonces envió otro de á caballo, el cual llegando á ellos, dijo: El rey dice así: ¿Hay paz? Y Jehú respondió: ¿Qué tienes tú que ver con la paz? vuélvete tras mí.
19 Da sandte er einen andern Reiter. Da der zu ihnen kam, sprach er: So spricht der König: Ist's Friede? Jehu sprach: Was geht dich der Friede an? Wende dich hinter mich!
20 And the watchman gave them word, saying, He went up to them and has not come back again; and the driving is like the driving of Jehu, son of Nimshi, for he is driving violently.
20 La sentinelle en donna avis, et dit: Il est allé jusqu'à eux, et il ne revient pas. Et le train est comme celui de Jéhu, fils de Nimschi, car il conduit d'une manière insensée.
20 Agus thug an fear faire scéala arís: “Shroich sé iad, ach níl sé ag filleadh. Agus tá an tiomáint ar aon dul le tiomáint Iéahú mac Nimsí mar go dtiomáineann sé mar fhear buile.”
20 El atalaya volvió á decir: También éste llegó á ellos y no vuelve: mas el marchar del que viene es como el marchar de Jehú hijo de Nimsi, porque viene impetuosamente.
20 Das verkündigte der Wächter und sprach: Er ist zu ihnen gekommen und kommt nicht wieder. Und es ist ein Treiben wie das Treiben Jehus, des Sohnes Nimsis; denn er treibt, wie wenn er unsinnig wäre.
21 Then Joram said, Make ready. So they made his carriage ready; and Joram, king of Israel, with Ahaziah, king of Judah, went out in their carriages for the purpose of meeting Jehu; and they came face to face with him at the field of Naboth the Jezreelite.
21 Alors Joram dit: Attelle! Et on attela son char. Joram, roi d'Israël, et Achazia, roi de Juda, sortirent chacun dans son char pour aller au-devant de Jéhu, et ils le rencontrèrent dans le champ de Naboth de Jizreel.
21 “Gabhaigí mo charbad,” arsa Iórám, agus gabhadh a charbad dó. Ansin chuaigh Iórám rí Iosrael agus Achaizíá rí Iúdá amach i gcoinne Iéahú, gach duine díobh ina charbad. Bhuaileadar leis i ngort Nábót an tIzréileach.
21 Entonces Joram dijo: Unce. Y uncido que fué su carro, salió Joram rey de Israel, y Ochôzías rey de Judá, cada uno en su carro, y salieron á encontrar á Jehú, al cual hallaron en la heredad de Naboth de Jezreel.
21 Da sprach Joram: Spannt an! Und man spannte seinen Wagen an. Und sie zogen aus, Joram, der König Israels, und Ahasja, der König Juda's, ein jeglicher auf seinem Wagen, daß sie Jehu entgegenkämen; und sie trafen ihn auf dem Acker Naboths, des Jesreeliten.
22 Now when Joram saw Jehu he said, Is it peace, Jehu? And he said in answer, What peace is possible while all the land is full of the disgusting sins of your mother Jezebel, and her secret arts?
22 Dès que Joram vit Jéhu, il dit: Est-ce la paix, Jéhu? Jéhu répondit: Quoi, la paix! tant que durent les prostitutions de Jézabel, ta mère, et la multitude de ses sortilèges!

22 Y en viendo Joram á Jehú, dijo: ¿Hay paz, Jehú? Y él respondió: ¿Qué paz, con las fornicaciones de Jezabel tu madre, y sus muchas hechicerías?
22 Und da Joram Jehu sah, sprach er: Jehu, ist's Friede? Er aber sprach: Was Friede? Deiner Mutter Isebel Abgötterei und Zauberei wird immer größer.
23 Then Joram, turning his horses in flight, said to Ahaziah, Broken faith, O Ahaziah!
23 Joram tourna bride et s'enfuit, et il dit à Achazia: Trahison, Achazia!

24 Then Jehu took his bow in his hand, and with all his strength sent an arrow, wounding Joram between the arms; and the arrow came out at his heart, and he went down on his face in his carriage.
24 Mais Jéhu saisit son arc, et il frappa Joram entre les épaules: la flèche sortit par le coeur, et Joram s'affaissa dans son char.
24 Ach tharraing Iéahú a bhogha le lán a nirt agus d'aimsigh Iórám idir an dá shlinneán; chuaigh an tsaighead trí chroí an rí, agus thit sé ar lár ina charbad.
24 Mas Jehú flechó su arco, é hirió á Joram entre las espaldas, y la saeta salió por su corazón, y cayó en su carro.
24 Aber Jehu faßte den Bogen und schoß Joram zwischen die Arme, daß sein Pfeil durch sein Herz ausfuhr, und er fiel in seinen Wagen.
25 Then Jehu said to Bidkar, his captain, Take him up, and put him in the field of Naboth the Jezreelite: for is not that day in your memory when you and I together on our horses were going after Ahab, his father, and the Lord put this fate on him, saying:
25 Jéhu dit à son officier Bidkar: Prends-le, et jette-le dans le champ de Naboth de Jizreel; car souviens-t'en, lorsque moi et toi, nous étions ensemble à cheval derrière Achab, son père, l'Éternel prononça contre lui cette sentence:

25 Und er sprach zu seinem Ritter Bidekar: Nimm und wirf ihn auf den Acker Naboths, des Jesreeliten! Denn ich gedenke, daß du mit mir auf einem Wagen seinem Vater Ahab nachfuhrst, da der HERR solchen Spruch über ihn tat:
26 I saw the blood of Naboth and of his sons yesterday; and I will give you full payment in this field, says the Lord? So now, take him and put him in this field, as the Lord said.
26 J'ai vu hier le sang de Naboth et le sang de ses fils, dit l'Éternel, et je te rendrai la pareille dans ce champ même, dit l'Éternel! Prends-le donc, et jette-le dans le champ, selon la parole de l'Éternel.
26 ‘Seo mo mhionn: Chonaic mé fuil Nábót agus fuil a chlann mhac inné - sé an Tiarna atá ag caint - déanfaidh mé é a chúiteamh leatsa sa ghort céanna.’ Tóg suas é mar sin agus caith isteach i ngort Nábót é de réir bhriathar an Tiarna.”
26 Que yo he visto ayer las sangres de Naboth, y las sangres de sus hijos, dijo Jehová; y tengo de darte la paga en esta heredad, dijo Jehová. Tómale pues ahora, y échalo en la heredad, conforme á la palabra de Jehová.
26 Was gilt's (sprach der HERR), ich will dir das Blut Naboths und seiner Kinder, das ich gestern sah, vergelten auf diesem Acker. So nimm nun und wirf ihn auf den Acker nach dem Wort des HERRN.
27 Now when Ahaziah, king of Judah, saw this, he went in flight by the way of the garden house. And Jehu came after him and said, Put him to death in the same way; and they gave him a death-wound in his carriage, on the slope up to Gur, by Ibleam; and he went in flight to Megiddo, where death came to him.
27 Achazia, roi de Juda, ayant vu cela, s'enfuit par le chemin de la maison du jardin. Jéhu le poursuivit, et dit: Lui aussi, frappez-le sur le char! Et on le frappa à la montée de Gur, près de Jibleam. Il se réfugia à Meguiddo, et il y mourut.
27 Nuair a chonaic Achaizíá rí Iúdá a raibh ar siúl, theith sé leis i dtreo Bhéit Hagán, ach chuaigh Iéahú ar a thóir agus dúirt: “Treascair eisean chomh maith.” [Ghoineadar é] ina charbad ag ardán Ghúr atá i gcóngar Ibleám agus theith sé go Migideo mar a bhfuair sé bás.
27 Y viendo esto Ochôzías rey de Judá, huyó por el camino de la casa del huerto. Y siguiólo Jehú, diciendo: Herid también á éste en el carro. Y le hirieron á la subida de Gur, junto á Ibleam. Y él huyó á Megiddo, y murió allí.
27 Da das Ahasja, der König Juda's, sah, floh er des Weges zum Hause des Gartens. Jehu aber jagte ihm nach und hieß ihn auch schlagen in dem Wagen auf der Höhe Gur, die bei Jibleam liegt. Und er floh gen Megiddo und starb daselbst.
28 And his servants took him in a carriage to Jerusalem, and put him into the earth with his fathers in the town of David.
28 Ses serviteurs le transportèrent sur un char à Jérusalem, et ils l'enterrèrent dans son sépulcre avec ses pères, dans la ville de David.

28 Y sus siervos le llevaron en un carro á Jerusalem, y allá le sepultaron con sus padres, en su sepulcro en la ciudad de David.
28 Und seine Knechte ließen ihn führen gen Jerusalem und begruben ihn in seinem Grabe mit seinen Vätern in der Stadt Davids.
29 (In the eleventh year of the rule of Joram, the son of Ahab, Ahaziah became king over Judah.)
29 Achazia était devenu roi de Juda la onzième année de Joram, fils d'Achab.
29 San aonú bliain déag de réimeas Iórám mac Acháb a tháinig Achaizíá i gcoróin ar Iúdá. Bás Ízeibil
29 En el undécimo año de Joram hijo de Achâb, comenzó á reinar Ochôzías sobre Judá.
29 Ahasja aber regierte über Juda im elften Jahr Jorams, des Sohnes Ahabs.
30 And when Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel had news of it; and, painting her eyes and dressing her hair with ornaments, she put her head out of the window.
30 Jéhu entra dans Jizreel. Jézabel, l'ayant appris, mit du fard à ses yeux, se para la tête, et regarda par la fenêtre.
30 Nuair a tháinig Iéahú go Izréil, chuala Ízeibil faoi, agus mhaisigh sí a súile, agus chóirigh a ceann agus bhí ag féachaint amach an fhuinneog.
30 Vino después Jehú á Jezreel: y como Jezabel lo oyó, adornó sus ojos con alcohol, y atavió su cabeza, y asomóse á una ventana.
30 Und da Jehu gen Jesreel kam und Isebel das erfuhr, schminkte sie ihr Angesicht und schmückte ihr Haupt und guckte zum Fenster hinaus.
31 And when Jehu was coming into the town, she said, Is all well, O Zimri, taker of your master's life?
31 Comme Jéhu franchissait la porte, elle dit: Est-ce la paix, nouveau Zimri, assassin de son maître?
31 Ag teacht an geata isteach do Iéahú dúirt sí: “An síocháin do ghnó, a Zimrí, a fhir mharaithe do mháistir?”
31 Y como entraba Jehú por la puerta, ella dijo: ¿Sucedió bien á Zimri, que mató á su señor?
31 Und da Jehu unter das Tor kam, sprach sie: Ist's Simri wohl gegangen, der seinen Herrn erwürgte?
32 Then, looking up to the window, he said, Who is on my side, who? and two or three unsexed servants put out their heads.
32 Il leva le visage vers la fenêtre, et dit: Qui est pour moi? qui? Et deux ou trois eunuques le regardèrent en s'approchant de la fenêtre.
32 D'fhéach Iéahú in airde i dtreo na fuinneoige, agus dúirt: “Cé tá liom? Cé tá?” agus d'fhéach dhá choillteán nó trí anuas air.
32 Alzando él entonces su rostro hacia la ventana, dijo: ¿Quién es conmigo? ¿quién? Y miraron hacia él dos ó tres eunucos.
32 Und er hob sein Angesicht auf zum Fenster und sprach: Wer hält's hier mit mir? Da sahen zwei oder drei Kämmerer zu ihm heraus.
33 And he said, Take her and put her out of the window. So they sent her down with force, and her blood went in a shower on the wall and on the horses; and she was crushed under their feet.
33 Il dit: Jetez-la en bas! Ils la jetèrent, et il rejaillit de son sang sur la muraille et sur les chevaux. Jéhu la foula aux pieds;
33 “Caith anuas í,” ar sé. Agus chaitheadar anuas í agus scaip a fuil ar na ballaí agus ar na capaill, agus shatail siad faoina gcrúba í.
33 Y él les dijo: Echadla abajo. Y ellos la echaron: y parte de su sangre fué salpicada en la pared, y en los caballos; y él la atropelló.
33 Er sprach: Stürzt sie herab! und sie stürzten sie herab, daß die Wand und die Rosse mit ihrem Blut besprengt wurden, und sie ward zertreten.
34 And he came in, and took food and drink; then he said, Now see to this cursed woman, and put her body into the earth, for she is a king's daughter.
34 puis il entra, mangea et but, et il dit: Allez voir cette maudite, et enterrez-la, car elle est fille de roi.
34 Ghabh sé isteach ansin agus chaith bia agus deoch agus dúirt: “Féachaigí chun na mná mallachta sin anois agus déanaigí í a adhlacadh mar is iníon rí í.”
34 Entró luego, y después que comió y bebió, dijo: Id ahora á ver aquella maldita, y sepultadla; que es hija de rey.
34 Und da er hineinkam und gegessen und getrunken hatte, sprach er: Sehet doch nach der Verfluchten und begrabet sie; denn sie ist eines Königs Tochter!
35 And they went out to put her body into the earth, but nothing of her was to be seen, only the bones of her head, and her feet, and parts of her hands.
35 Ils allèrent pour l'enterrer; mais ils ne trouvèrent d'elle que le crâne, les pieds et les paumes des mains.
35 Ach nuair a chuadar á hadhlacadh, ní bhfuaireadar ach a cloigeann, a cosa agus a dearnana.
35 Empero cuando fueron para sepultarla, no hallaron de ella más que la calavera, y los pies, y las palmas de las manos.
35 Da sie aber hingingen, sie zu begraben, fanden sie nichts von ihr denn den Schädel und die Füße und ihre flachen Hände.
36 So they came back and gave him word of it. And he said, This is what the Lord said by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, saying, In the heritage of Jezreel the flesh of Jezebel will become food for dogs;
36 Ils retournèrent l'annoncer à Jéhu, qui dit: C'est ce qu'avait déclaré l'Éternel par son serviteur Élie, le Thischbite, en disant: Les chiens mangeront la chair de Jézabel dans le camp de Jizreel;
36 Thángadar ar ais dá bhrí sin leis an scéala sin go Iéahú, agus dúirt sé: “Sin é briathar an Tiarna, an briathar a labhair sé ó bhéal Éilias an Tisbíoch: ‘Íosfaidh na madraí feoil Ízeibil i gcríocha Izréil.
36 Y volvieron, y dijéronselo. Y él dijo: La palabra de Dios es ésta, la cual él habló por mano de su siervo Elías Thisbita, diciendo: En la heredad de Jezreel comerán los perros las carnes de Jezabel.
36 Und sie kamen wieder und sagten's ihm an. Er aber sprach: Es ist, was der HERR geredet hat durch seinen Knecht Elia, den Thisbiter, und gesagt: Auf dem Acker Jesreel sollen die Hunde der Isebel Fleisch fressen;
37 And the dead body of Jezebel will be like waste dropped on the face of the earth in the heritage of Jezreel; so that they will not be able to say, This is Jezebel.
37 et le cadavre de Jézabel sera comme du fumier sur la face des champs, dans le champ de Jizreel, de sorte qu'on ne pourra dire: C'est Jézabel.
37 Beidh conablach Ízeibil mar aoileach ar an ithir [i gcríocha Izréil] i dtreo nach bhféadfaidh aon duine a rá: Ba í seo Ízeibil.’ ”
37 Y el cuerpo de Jezabel fué cual estiércol sobre la faz de la tierra en la heredad de Jezreel; de manera que nadie pueda decir: Esta es Jezabel.
37 und das Aas Isebels soll wie Kot auf dem Felde sein im Acker Jesreels, daß man nicht sagen könne: Das ist Isebel.
