1 Now a number of strange women were loved by Solomon, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites:

1 Aber der König Salomo liebte viel ausländische Weiber: Die Tochter Pharaos und moabitische, ammonitische, edomitische, sidonische und hethitische,
2 The nations of which the Lord had said to the children of Israel, You are not to take wives from them and they are not to take wives from you; or they will certainly make you go after their gods: to these Solomon was united in love.
2 appartenant aux nations dont l'Éternel avait dit aux enfants d'Israël: Vous n'irez point chez elles, et elles ne viendront point chez vous; elles tourneraient certainement vos coeurs du côté de leurs dieux. Ce fut à ces nations que s'attacha Salomon, entraîné par l'amour.
2 na ciníocha úd faoina ndúirt an Tiarna le clann Iosrael: ‘Na téigí chucu agus ná tagadh siadsan chugaibh, nó is cinnte go n‑iompóidh siad bhur gcroí chun a ndéithe féin.” Ach bhí cion as cuimse ag Solamh orthu.
2 Gentes de las cuales Jehová había dicho á los hijos de Israel: No entraréis á ellas, ni ellas entrarán á vosotros; porque ciertamente harán inclinar vuestros corazones tras sus dioses. A éstas pues se juntó Salomón con amor.
2 von solchen Völkern, davon der HERR gesagt hatte den Kindern Israel: Gehet nicht zu ihnen und laßt sie nicht zu euch kommen; sie werden gewiß eure Herzen neigen ihren Göttern nach. An diesen hing Salomo mit Liebe.
3 He had seven hundred wives, daughters of kings, and three hundred other wives; and through his wives his heart was turned away.
3 Il eut sept cents princesses pour femmes et trois cents concubines; et ses femmes détournèrent son coeur.

4 For it came about that when Solomon was old, his heart was turned away to other gods by his wives; and his heart was no longer true to the Lord his God as the heart of his father David had been.
4 A l'époque de la vieillesse de Salomon, ses femmes inclinèrent son coeur vers d'autres dieux; et son coeur ne fut point tout entier à l'Éternel, son Dieu, comme l'avait été le coeur de David, son père.
4 Nuair a chuaigh Solamh anonn in aois, chlaon a mhná céile a chroí i dtreo déithe eile, agus ní raibh a chroí go hiomlán ag an Tiarna, a Dhia, mar bhí croí a athar, Dáiví.
4 Y ya que Salomón era viejo, sus mujeres inclinaron su corazón tras dioses ajenos; y su corazón no era perfecto con Jehová su Dios, como el corazón de su padre David.
4 Und da er nun alt war, neigten seine Weiber sein Herz den fremden Göttern nach, daß sein Herz nicht ganz war mit dem HERRN, seinem Gott, wie das Herz seines Vaters David.
5 For Solomon went after Ashtoreth, the goddess of the Zidonians, and Milcom, the disgusting god of the Ammonites.
5 Salomon alla après Astarté, divinité des Sidoniens, et après Milcom, l'abomination des Ammonites.
5 D'éirigh sé ceanúil ar Aisteárat, bandia na Síodónach, agus ar Mhiolcom uafás na nAmónach.

6 And Solomon did evil in the eyes of the Lord, not walking in the Lord's ways with all his heart as David his father did.
6 Et Salomon fit ce qui est mal aux yeux de l'Éternel, et il ne suivit point pleinement l'Éternel, comme David, son père.

6 E hizo Salomón lo malo en los ojos de Jehová, y no fué cumplidamente tras Jehová como David su padre.

7 Then Solomon put up a high place for Chemosh, the disgusting god of Moab, in the mountain before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the disgusting god worshipped by the children of Ammon.
7 Alors Salomon bâtit sur la montagne qui est en face de Jérusalem un haut lieu pour Kemosch, l'abomination de Moab, et pour Moloc, l'abomination des fils d'Ammon.
7 Ansin is ea a thóg Solamh ardionad do Chamóis uafás Mhóáb, agus do Mhoilic uafás na nAmónach, ar an gcnoc lastoir de Iarúsailéim.
7 Entonces edificó Salomón un alto á Chêmos, abominación de Moab, en el monte que está enfrente de Jerusalem; y á Moloch, abominación de los hijos de Ammón.
7 Da baute Salomo eine Höhe Kamos, dem Greuel der Moabiter, auf dem Berge, der vor Jerusalem liegt, und Moloch, dem Greuel der Ammoniter.
8 And so he did for all his strange wives, who made offerings with burning of perfumes to their gods.
8 Et il fit ainsi pour toutes ses femmes étrangères, qui offraient des parfums et des sacrifices à leurs dieux.

9 And the Lord was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned away from the Lord, the God of Israel, who had twice come to him in a vision;
9 L'Éternel fut irrité contre Salomon, parce qu'il avait détourné son coeur de l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël, qui lui était apparu deux fois.

9 Der HERR aber ward zornig über Salomo, daß sein Herz von dem HERRN, dem Gott Israels, abgewandt war, der ihm zweimal erschienen war
10 And had given him orders about this very thing, that he was not to go after other gods; but he did not keep the orders of the Lord.
10 Il lui avait à cet égard défendu d'aller après d'autres dieux; mais Salomon n'observa point les ordres de l'Éternel.

10 Y le había mandado acerca de esto, que no siguiese dioses ajenos: mas él no guardó lo que le mandó Jehová.
10 und ihm solches geboten hatte, daß er nicht andern Göttern nachwandelte, und daß er doch nicht gehalten hatte, was ihm der HERR geboten hatte.
11 So the Lord said to Solomon, Because you have done this, and have not kept my agreement and my laws, which I gave you, I will take the kingdom away from you by force and will give it to your servant.
11 Et l'Éternel dit à Salomon: Puisque tu as agi de la sorte, et que tu n'as point observé mon alliance et mes lois que je t'avais prescrites, je déchirerai le royaume de dessus toi et je le donnerai à ton serviteur.
11 Dúirt an Tiarna dá bhrí sin le Solamh: “Ós mar seo atá do ghníomhartha agus nach gcomhlíonann tú mo chonradh ná mo reachtanna, a cheangail mé ort, bainfidh mé an ríocht díot go cinnte dearfa, agus bronnfaidh mé ar dhuine de do shearbhóntaí í.
11 Y dijo Jehová á Salomón: Por cuanto ha habido esto en ti, y no has guardado mi pacto y mis estatutos que yo te mandé, romperé el reino de ti, y lo entregaré á tu siervo.
11 Darum sprach der HERR zu Salomo: Weil solches bei dir geschehen ist, und hast meinen Bund und meine Gebote nicht gehalten, die ich dir geboten habe, so will ich auch das Königreich von dir reißen und deinem Knecht geben.
12 I will not do it in your life-time, because of your father David, but I will take it from your son.
12 Seulement, je ne le ferai point pendant ta vie, à cause de David, ton père. C'est de la main de ton fils que je l'arracherai.
12 Mar gheall ar Dháiví, mo shearbhónta, áfach, ní dhéanfaidh mé é sin le linn do shaoil féin, ach bainfidh mé de do mhac í.
12 Empero no lo haré en tus días, por amor de David tu padre: romperélo de la mano de tu hijo.

13 Still I will not take all the kingdom from him; but I will give one tribe to your son, because of my servant David, and because of Jerusalem, the town of my selection.
13 Je n'arracherai cependant pas tout le royaume; je laisserai une tribu à ton fils, à cause de David, mon serviteur, et à cause de Jérusalem, que j'ai choisie.
13 Mar sin féin ní bhainfidh mé an ríocht go hiomlán de. Mar gheall ar Dháiví, mo shearbhónta, agus ar Iarúsailéim, atá tofa agam, tabharfaidh mé aon treibh amháin do do mhac.” Naimhde
13 Sin embargo no romperé todo el reino, sino que daré una tribu á tu hijo, por amor de David mi siervo, y por amor de Jerusalem que yo he elegido.
13 Doch ich will nicht das ganze Reich abreißen; einen Stamm will ich deinem Sohn geben um Davids willen, meines Knechtes, und um Jerusalems willen, das ich erwählt habe.
14 So the Lord sent Hadad the Edomite to make trouble for Solomon: he was of the king's seed in Edom.

15 And when David had sent destruction on Edom, and Joab, the captain of the army, had gone to put the dead into the earth, and had put to death every male in Edom;
15 Dans le temps où David battit Édom, Joab, chef de l'armée, étant monté pour enterrer les morts, tua tous les mâles qui étaient en Édom;
15 Nuair a chloígh Dáiví Eadóm chuaigh Ióáb, ceannasaí an airm, chun na mairbh a adhlacadh agus chuir sé gach fear agus fireannach in Eadóm chun báis.
15 Porque cuando David estaba en Edom, y subió Joab el general del ejército á enterrar los muertos, y mató á todos los varones de Edom,
15 Denn da David in Edom war und Joab, der Feldhauptmann, hinaufzog, die Erschlagenen zu begraben, schlug er was ein Mannsbild war in Edom.
16 (For Joab and all Israel were there six months till every male in Edom had been cut off;)

17 Hadad, being still a young boy, went in flight to Egypt, with certain Edomites, servants of his father;

17 Da floh Hadad und mit ihm etliche Männer der Edomiter von seines Vaters Knechten, daß sie nach Ägypten kämen; Hadad aber war ein junger Knabe.
18 And they went on from Midian and came to Paran; and, taking men from Paran with them, they came to Egypt, to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, who gave him a house and gave orders for his food and gave him land.
18 Partis de Madian, ils allèrent à Paran, prirent avec eux des hommes de Paran, et arrivèrent en Égypte auprès de Pharaon, roi d'Égypte, Pharaon donna une maison à Hadad, pourvut à sa subsistance, et lui accorda des terres.

18 Y levantáronse de Madián, y vinieron á Parán; y tomando consigo hombres de Parán, viniéronse á Egipto, á Faraón rey de Egipto, el cual le dió casa, y le señaló alimentos, y aun le dió tierra.
18 Und sie machten sich auf von Midian und kamen gen Pharan und nahmen Leute mit sich aus Pharan und kamen nach Ägypten zu Pharao, dem König in Ägypten; der gab ihm ein Haus und Nahrung und wies ihm ein Land an.
19 Now Hadad was very pleasing to Pharaoh, so that he gave him the sister of his wife, Tahpenes the queen, for his wife.
19 Hadad trouva grâce aux yeux de Pharaon, à tel point que Pharaon lui donna pour femme la soeur de sa femme, la soeur de la reine Thachpenès.

20 And the sister of Tahpenes had a son by him, Genubath, whom Tahpenes took care of in Pharaoh's house; and Genubath was living in Pharaoh's house among Pharaoh's sons.
20 La soeur de Thachpenès lui enfanta son fils Guenubath. Thachpenès le sevra dans la maison de Pharaon; et Guenubath fut dans la maison de Pharaon, au milieu des enfants de Pharaon.

21 Now when Hadad had news in Egypt that David had been put to rest with his fathers, and that Joab, the captain of the army, was dead, he said to Pharaoh, Send me back to my country.
21 Lorsque Hadad apprit en Égypte que David était couché avec ses pères, et que Joab, chef de l'armée, était mort, il dit à Pharaon: Laisse-moi aller dans mon pays.
21 Ach nuair a fuair Hadad scéala agus é san Éigipt go raibh Dáiví imithe chun suain lena shinsir, agus go raibh Ióáb, ceannasaí an airm marbh, dúirt Hadad le Forann: “Lig dom imeacht agus filleadh ar mo thír féin.”
21 Y oyendo Adad en Egipto que David había dormido con sus padres, y que era muerto Joab general del ejército, Adad dijo á Faraón: Déjame ir á mi tierra.
21 Da nun Hadad hörte in Ägypten, daß David entschlafen war mit seinen Vätern und daß Joab, der Feldhauptmann, tot war, sprach er zu Pharao: Laß mich in mein Land ziehen!
22 But Pharaoh said to him, What have you been short of while you have been with me, that you are desiring to go back to your country? And he said, Nothing; but even so, send me back.
22 Et Pharaon lui dit: Que te manque-t-il auprès de moi, pour que tu désires aller dans ton pays? Il répondit: Rien, mais laisse-moi partir.

22 Y respondióle Faraón: ¿Por qué? ¿qué te falta conmigo, que procuras irte á tu tierra? Y él respondió: Nada; con todo, ruégote que me dejes ir.
22 Pharao sprach zu ihm: Was fehlt dir bei mir, daß du willst in dein Land ziehen? Er sprach: Nichts; aber laß mich ziehen!
23 And God sent another trouble-maker, Rezon, the son of Eliada, who had gone in flight from his lord, Hadadezer, king of Zobah:
23 Dieu suscita un autre ennemi à Salomon: Rezon, fils d'Éliada, qui s'était enfui de chez son maître Hadadézer, roi de Tsoba.

23 Despertóle también Dios por adversario á Rezón, hijo de Eliada, el cual había huído de su amo Adad-ezer, rey de Soba.
23 Auch erweckte Gott ihm einen Widersacher, Reson, den Sohn Eljadas, der von seinem Herrn, Hadadeser, dem König zu Zoba, geflohen war,
24 He got some men together and made himself captain of a band of outlaws; and went to Damascus and became king there.
24 Il avait rassemblé des gens auprès de lui, et il était chef de bande, lorsque David massacra les troupes de son maître. Ils allèrent à Damas, et s'y établirent, et ils régnèrent à Damas.

25 He was a trouble to Israel all through the days of Solomon. And this is the damage Hadad did: he was cruel to Israel while he was ruler over Edom.

26 And there was Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, an Ephraimite from Zeredah, a servant of Solomon, whose mother was Zeruah, a widow; and his hand was lifted up against the king.
26 Jéroboam aussi, serviteur de Salomon, leva la main contre le roi. Il était fils de Nebath, Éphratien de Tseréda, et il avait pour mère une veuve nommée Tserua.

27 The way in which his hand came to be lifted up against the king was this: Solomon was building the Millo and making good the damaged parts of the town of his father David;
27 Voici à quelle occasion il leva la main contre le roi. Salomon bâtissait Millo, et fermait la brèche de la cité de David, son père.

28 And Jeroboam was an able and responsible man; and Solomon saw that he was a good worker and made him overseer of all the work given to the sons of Joseph.
28 Jéroboam était fort et vaillant; et Salomon, ayant vu ce jeune homme à l'oeuvre, lui donna la surveillance de tous les gens de corvée de la maison de Joseph.

29 Now at that time, when Jeroboam was going out of Jerusalem, the prophet Ahijah the Shilonite came across him on the road; now Ahijah had put on a new robe; and the two of them were by themselves in the open country.
29 Dans ce temps-là, Jéroboam, étant sorti de Jérusalem, fut rencontré en chemin par le prophète Achija de Silo, revêtu d'un manteau neuf. Ils étaient tous deux seuls dans les champs.

30 And Ahijah took his new robe in his hands, parting it violently into twelve.

30 Y trabando Ahías de la capa nueva que tenía sobre sí, rompióla en doce pedazos,
30 Und Ahia faßte den neuen Mantel, den er anhatte, und riß ihn in zwölf Stücke
31 And he said to Jeroboam, Take ten of the parts, for this is what the Lord has said: See, I will take the kingdom away from Solomon by force, and will give ten tribes to you;
31 et dit à Jéroboam: Prends pour toi dix morceaux! Car ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Voici, je vais arracher le royaume de la main de Salomon, et je te donnerai dix tribus.
31 Dúirt sé le Iarobám: “Beir leat deich stiall faoi do choinne féin, óir is mar seo a labhraíonn an Tiarna Dia Iosrael: ‘Táim ag dul a stróiceadh na ríochta ó lámha Sholaimh agus tabharfaidh mé deich dtreibh duitse.
31 Y dijo á Jeroboam: Toma para ti los diez pedazos; porque así dijo Jehová Dios de Israel: He aquí que yo rompo el reino de la mano de Salomón, y á ti daré diez tribus;
31 und sprach zu Jerobeam: Nimm zehn Stücke zu dir! Denn so spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Siehe, ich will das Königreich von der Hand Salomos reißen und dir zehn Stämme geben,
32 (But one tribe will be his, because of my servant David, and because of Jerusalem, the town which, out of all the tribes of Israel, I have made mine,)
32 Mais il aura une tribu, à cause de mon serviteur David, et à cause de Jérusalem, la ville que j'ai choisie sur toutes les tribus d'Israël.
32 [Coinneoidh sé aon treibh amháin ar son Dháiví, mo shearbhónta, agus ar son Iarúsailéim an chathair atá tofa agam as treibheanna uile Iosrael]
32 (Y él tendrá una tribu, por amor de David mi siervo, y por amor de Jerusalem, ciudad que yo he elegido de todas las tribus de Israel:)
32 einen Stamm soll er haben um meines Knechtes David willen und um der Stadt Jerusalem willen, die ich erwählt habe aus allen Stämmen Israels,
33 Because they are turned away from me to the worship of Ashtoreth, the goddess of the Zidonians, and Chemosh, the god of Moab, and Milcom, the god of the Ammonites; they have not been walking in my ways or doing what is right in my eyes or keeping my laws and my decisions as his father David did.
33 Et cela, parce qu'ils m'ont abandonné, et se sont prosternés devant Astarté, divinité des Sidoniens, devant Kemosch, dieu de Moab, et devant Milcom, dieu des fils d'Ammon, et parce qu'ils n'ont point marché dans mes voies pour faire ce qui est droit à mes yeux et pour observer mes lois et mes ordonnances, comme l'a fait David, père de Salomon.
33 mar gur thréig sé mé agus gur thug sé ómós d'Aisteárat bandia na Síodónach, agus do Chamóis dia Mhóáb, agus do Mhiolcom dia na nAmónach; níor lean sé mo bhealaí, agus an ceart a dhéanamh i mo láthair, ná mo dhlíthe ná mo reachtarnna a chomhlíonadh mar a rinne Dáiví a athair.
33 Por cuanto me han dejado, y han adorado á Astharoth diosa de los Sidonios, y á Chêmos dios de Moab, y á Moloch dios de los hijos de Ammón; y no han andado en mis caminos, para hacer lo recto delante de mis ojos, y mis estatutos, y mis derechos, como hizo David su padre.
33 darum daß sie mich verlassen und angebetet haben Asthoreth, die Göttin der Sidonier, Kamos, den Gott der Moabiter, und Milkom, den Gott der Kinder Ammon, und nicht gewandelt haben in meinen Wegen, daß sie täten, was mir wohl gefällt, meine Gebote und Rechte, wie David, sein Vater.
34 But I will not take the kingdom from him; I will let him be king all the days of his life, because of David my servant, in whom I took delight because he kept my orders and my laws.
34 Je n'ôterai pas de sa main tout le royaume, car je le maintiendrai prince tout le temps de sa vie, à cause de David, mon serviteur, que j'ai choisi, et qui a observé mes commandements et mes lois.
34 Ní sracfaidh mé an ríocht ar fad mar sin féin as a láimh, mar go ndearna mé prionsa de fad a mhairfidh sé ar son mo shearbhónta Dáiví a thogh mé, a choimeád m'aitheanta agus mo dhlíthe.
34 Empero no quitaré nada de su reino de sus manos, sino que lo retendré por caudillo todos los días de su vida, por amor de David mi siervo, al cual yo elegí, y él guardó mis mandamientos y mis estatutos:
34 Ich will aber nicht das ganze Reich aus seiner Hand nehmen; sondern ich will ihn zum Fürsten machen sein Leben lang um Davids, meines Knechtes, willen, den ich erwählt habe, der meine Gebote und Rechte gehalten hat.
35 But I will take the kingdom from his son, and give it to you.
35 Mais j'ôterai le royaume de la main de son fils, et je t'en donnerai dix tribus;
35 Stoithfidh mé an ríocht as láimh a mhic, áfach, agus tabharfaidh mé duitse í, deich dtreibh.
35 Mas yo quitaré el reino de la mano de su hijo, y darélo á ti, las diez tribus.
35 Aus der Hand seines Sohnes will ich das Königreich nehmen und will dir zehn Stämme
36 And one tribe I will give to his son, so that David my servant may have a light for ever burning before me in Jerusalem, the town which I have made mine to put my name there.
36 je laisserai une tribu à son fils, afin que David, mon serviteur, ait toujours une lampe devant moi à Jérusalem, la ville que j'ai choisie pour y mettre mon nom.
36 Ach tabharfaidh mé aon treibh amháin dá mhac, ionas go mbeidh lóchrann i mo láthair i gcónaí ag mo shearbhónta Dáiví i m'fhianaise i Iarúsailéim, an chathair a thogh mé mar áit chónaithe do m'ainm.
36 Y á su hijo daré una tribu, para que mi siervo David tenga lámpara todos los días delante de mí en Jerusalem, ciudad que yo me elegí para poner en ella mi nombre.
36 und seinem Sohn einen Stamm geben, auf daß David, mein Knecht, vor mir eine Leuchte habe allewege in der Stadt Jerusalem, die ich mir erwählt habe, daß ich meinen Namen dahin stellte.
37 And you I will take, and you will be king over Israel, ruling over whatever is the desire of your soul.
37 Je te prendrai, et tu régneras sur tout ce que ton âme désirera, tu seras roi d'Israël.
37 Béarfaidh mé tusa liom, agus rialóidh tú ar oiread agus is mian leat, agus beidh tú i do rí ar Iosrael.
37 Yo pues te tomaré á ti, y tú reinarás en todas las cosas que deseare tu alma, y serás rey sobre Israel.
37 So will ich nun dich nehmen, daß du regierest über alles, was dein Herz begehrt, und sollst König sein über Israel.
38 And if you give attention to the orders I give you, walking in my ways and doing what is right in my eyes and keeping my laws and my orders as David my servant did; then I will be with you, building up for you a safe house, as I did for David, and I will give Israel to you.
38 Si tu obéis à tout ce que je t'ordonnerai, si tu marches dans mes voies et si tu fais ce qui est droit à mes yeux, en observant mes lois et mes commandements, comme l'a fait David, mon serviteur, je serai avec toi, je te bâtirai une maison stable, comme j'en ai bâti une à David, et je te donnerai Israël.
38 Má éisteann tú le m'orduithe go léir duit agus má leanann tú mo shlite, agus má dhéanann tú an ceart i mo láthair, ag comhlíonadh mo dhlíthe agus m'aitheanta, mar a rinne Dáiví mo shearbhónta, beidh mé in éineacht leat, agus tógfaidh mé teach daingean duit, mar a rinne mé do Dháiví, agus tabharfaidh mé Iosrael duit,
38 Y será que, si prestares oído á todas las cosas que te mandare, y anduvieres en mis caminos, é hicieres lo recto delante de mis ojos, guardando mis estatutos y mis mandamientos, como hizo David mi siervo, yo seré contigo, y te edificaré casa firme, como la edifiqué á David, y yo te entregaré á Israel.
38 Wirst du nun gehorchen allem, was ich dir gebieten werde, und in meinen Wegen wandeln und tun, was mir gefällt, daß du haltest meine Rechte und Gebote, wie mein Knecht David getan hat: so will ich mit dir sein und dir ein beständiges Haus bauen, wie ich David gebaut habe, und will dir Israel geben
39 (So that I may send trouble for this on the seed of David, but not for ever.)
39 J'humilierai par là la postérité de David, mais ce ne sera pas pour toujours.

40 And Solomon was looking for a chance to put Jeroboam to death; but he went in flight to Egypt, to Shishak, king of Egypt, and was in Egypt till the death of Solomon.
40 Salomon chercha à faire mourir Jéroboam. Et Jéroboam se leva et s'enfuit en Égypte auprès de Schischak, roi d'Égypte; il demeura en Égypte jusqu'à la mort de Salomon.

40 Procuró por tanto Salomón de matar á Jeroboam, pero levantándose Jeroboam, huyó á Egipto, á Sisac rey de Egipto, y estuvo en Egipto hasta la muerte de Salomóm.
40 Salomo aber trachtete, Jerobeam zu töten. Da machte sich Jerobeam auf und floh nach Ägypten zu Sisak, dem König in Ägypten, und blieb in Ägypten, bis daß Salomo starb.
41 Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, and all he did, and his wisdom, are they not recorded in the book of the acts of Solomon?
41 Le reste des actions de Salomon, tout ce qu'il a fait, et sa sagesse, cela n'est-il pas écrit dans le livre des actes de Salomon?

42 And the time Solomon was king in Jerusalem over all Israel was forty years.
42 Salomon régna quarante ans à Jérusalem sur tout Israël.

43 And Solomon went to rest with his fathers, and was put into the earth in the town of David his father: and Solomon went to rest with his fathers and Rehoboam his son became king in his place.
43 Puis Salomon se coucha avec ses pères, et il fut enterré dans la ville de David, son père. Roboam, son fils, régna à sa place.

43 Y durmió Salomón con sus padres, y fué sepultado en la ciudad de su padre David: y reinó en su lugar Roboam su hijo.
43 Und Salomo entschlief mit seinen Vätern und ward begraben in der Stadt Davids, seines Vaters. Und sein Sohn Rehabeam ward König an seiner Statt.
